| Preparing For The Inspection |

| For a complete inspection to be preformed the electric, water, and gas must be turned on in the home. We encourage the perspective buyer to attend the home inspection; the inspection should take about two hours. Being at the inspection gives you a unique opportunity to learn about the home and its systems. |

| While you review our report, take notice that the report starts with a summary. In this section you will have all of the discrepancies that might require maintenance attention before the close of escrow. The main report includes plenty of very informative narratives along with any minor discrepancies that the home might have. The report is very easy to read and includes pictures to pin point the very issue that requires attention. Some of the reports can be lengthy, so we included a table of contents for your convenience. |
