After further examining the\u00a0area to confirm my findings, I inspected the attic to find a broken\u00a0roofing rafter\u00a0that was split\u00a0and forcing the other rafters to bear its weight which caused\u00a0them\u00a0to start pulling away from the ridge board as well.\u00a0As you can see from the pictures above, this was an issue that needed to be address before close of escrow.\u00a0Although the\u00a0sag is very noticeable from the pictures,\u00a0it was\u00a0not\u00a0able to be seen from the ground.\u00a0 PRP Inspections\u00a0makes every\u00a0effort possible to walk\u00a0the roofs whether it be one or two stories.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While\u00a0performing a home inspection on a 2004 home in Temecula,\u00a0I noticed an area on the roof that\u00a0had a sag in the tiles.
